Grown in a region notorious for tall tales, the Parson’s Paddock range is inspired by the rich history of South Australia.

Our bountiful winegrowing region of Langhorne Creek is named after the infamous cattle drover Alfred ‘The Liar’ Langhorne. The crossing he used to steer his cattle forms part of Parson’s Paddock, adding a touch of history to every drop in our range.

Langhorne Creek has long been regarded as one of South Australia’s best red wine producing regions. Selected Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from premium vineyards throughout Langhorne Creek are matured in a combination of French and American oak to highlight the regional characteristics.

Full of flavour, Rich in History

Parson’s Paddock is located inland, close to Lake Alexandrina, in the hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

The expansive vineyard at Parson’s Paddock takes in Langhorne’s Crossing, where Alfred ‘The Liar’ Langhorne first crossed the Bremer River.

While Langhorne came to graze animals, the landscape today is home to row upon row of vines.
